Rub it into your cuticles morning and night. It keeps your nails flexible and stops the product lifting.

Gloves for cleaning

Wear gloves for washing up, cleaning products and hair dye. Chemicals and long soaks weaken the bond.

Go easy for 24 hours

Skip very hot baths, saunas and fake tan on your nails for the first day.

Nails aren’t tools

Use your finger pads, not your nail tips, to open cans, peel stickers or scratch things off.

Never pick or peel

Peeling takes layers of your natural nail with it. If something lifts or chips, message me and I’ll sort it.

Book your next visit

BIAB infill every 3 to 4 weeks. Acrylic infill every 2 to 3 weeks. Gel polish lasts about 2 to 3 weeks.
